SolarCity Corp. signed deals to raise money by borrowing and by selling shares. The San Mateo company (NASDAQ: SCTY) filed with regulators to raise $201.25 million in Debt by selling convertible senior notes due in 2018. SolarCity also registered to sell 2.8 million of its shares, though it didn't guess how much it might raise in such an offering. Lyndon Rive is CEO of SolarCity.
